okayy todayy i have two products i want to talk to you about...
the first one happens to be verry good as a side to a sandwich and/ or soup... the name of it is...
rice chips the sante fe barbecue kind... it really spices up your meal.. get it spices ha ha. um the next procut i want to tell you about is banna bread... but its no ordinary banana bread, it is gluten and yeast and corn and dairy and soy and nut and rice free.its made by breads from anna, and it happens to be very tasty... okayy make sure to try them out.... buh bye...

hello again... nice to kow you guys are still out there... umm todayy i would like too tell you a new recipe... its for "troll house cookies" (( they are chocolate chip cookies and they are gluten free ))
Here are the ingrediants
1 cup butter (two sticks)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla (Cook's vanilla powder is great)
1-1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup potato flour (NOT potato starch flour)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt1 pkg.
milk or semisweet chocolate chips
Cream butter (can use dairy-free margarine or Crisco if necessary),
sugars,
eggs
and vanilla.
Here s the recipe
Mix in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto un-greased cookie sheet. Flatten very slightly with fork. Bake between 350-375 degrees for 12 minutes or so (temperature and time vary by individual oven -- if yours bakes hot, use the lower temperature). Remove from oven when lightly browned (they over-brown very quickly). Remove to cooling rack after a few minutes.
Also good with chopped nuts and/or shredded coconut.

pumpkin bread mix
Dear blog readers~
Hello again blog readers!! Todayy is a great dayy!! I have a really good recipe for you guys... Its for pumpkin bread (its gluten and yeast and corn, dairy, soy, and rice free). The ingrediants are
2 whole large eggs
1&1/3 cup oil
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
the recipe itself is...
in a bowl of mixer add all the wet ingredients and cream on a low speed. add breads from anna pumpkin bread mix and continuing blending on a low speed until well combined, approxmitely 2-3 minutes. pour batter into a greased and dusted (tapioca or potato starch works very well)standard size loaf pan. bake at 375 degreas for 60 minuts...
when you are all done and said with try it and i bet it will have your tast buds going...
